Learners will be guided through preparing the organization for the DEI journey ahead and how to identify emotional roadblocks that may arise.
In this course, leaders and team leads will be guided through strategies for embarking on a journey of becoming more diverse, equitable, and inclusive. Learners will be introduced to how they can implement organizational change through best practices. They will learn how to use Emotional Intelligence to navigate challenges while also helping others navigate emotional responses.
Learners will be asked to reflect on and explore their professional and personal experiences as they relate to DEI. This will lead to the development of a personal action plan. The action plan serves as an opportunity to set clear and concise goals for engaging in discourse and creating a more equitable, inclusive, and diverse workplace.
