Bias: What is it?
The Oxford Dictionary defines bias as "a strong feeling in favor of or against one group of people, or one side in an argument." Bias is a key element to be considered when creating an equitable and inclusive workplace environment where all viewpoints are welcome.
Overview
Bias is common among all humans and is something we all have to work through. In this module, you will learn how bias in the workplace can have significant negative consequences for individuals and organizations if not understood and addressed.
