Alyssa Vasquez is the president of Cultured Enuf, a diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting firm. Vasquez guides her partners through sustainable organizational change utilizing research - based DEI frameworks. Vasquez also assists in organizational strategic planning and DEI Task Force development. She has years of experience in developing and conducting DEI professional development sessions for organizations and staff to reinforce Psychological Safety. Her passions lie in providing DEI terminology to empower leaders and to promote equity within the workplace. Vasquez creates a place of belonging for individuals by contextualizing services to meet the needs of the leader and organization.
Her degrees lie in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University, and International Relations / Economics from American University. Her cultural exposure lends to being Latina, growing up in a Black community, and playing collegiate and national ice hockey. She brings her high energy, urban humor, and ability to meet individuals “where they are” along their DEI learning path. She is also a published author, public speaker, and travels domestically and internationally to engage in new cultural experiences.experiences.
