It will provide a sense of direction and help outline attainable goals for your company against which success can be measured. Learners should complete the Diversity Task Force module to make the most of the strategic planning process. Ideally, the next step is to create a team of four to ten people who will carefully consider the strategic objectives the task force wishes to accomplish by supporting these goals with realistic and thoroughly quantifiable benchmarks for evaluating results.
This course will lead leaner through conversations about the importance of strategic planning, key terms and elements that should guide the planning process, and how you can evaluate the success of your efforts. This will lead to developing an individualized action plan where you identify the role you can play in ensuring that the strategic plan provides a safe and welcoming environment for all groups of people.
