Joshua brings an unanxious presence and years of multicultural leadership experience to the Cultured Enuf team as a senior consultant. He enjoys helping organizations meet their long-term diversity goals through systems change with strategy, professional development, and coaching. Before joining our team in 2018, he served as pastor for 15 years in an urban multicultural church in Philadelphia. As the beneficiary of diverse formal learning experiences, he studied at Drexel University (music), Temple University (African American Studies), and received a Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies from NAIITS, an Indigenous Learning Community. Part of his work specializes in facilitating learning cohorts and individual learning plans for white people ranging from remediation/compliance to racial identity formation into leading diverse teams.
While his earliest childhood memories include living intergenerationally with his Polish American relatives in Buffalo, NY, for the past twenty-five years the city of Philadelphia has been home. He and his partner Martha live there today in Kensington, proud parents of two adult daughters. Joshua is fond of spending time in nature, cooking, music, street art. and belonging to diverse communities.
